This case is calendared for trial at the session of the Court to be conducted in person commencing Monday, October 17, 2022, in San Antonio, Texas.

On September 6, 2022, the petitioners filed a Motion for Continuance. In that motion, respondent is unable to determine whether petitioner object to the granting of this motion.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before September 26, 2022, petitioners shall serve on respondent and file with the Court a written response to petitioners' Motion for Continuance, filed September 6, 2022.
