ERICH MILTON NOWSCH A/K/A BABYG., Appellant, v. THE STATE OF NEVADA, Respondent.

UNPUBLISHED OPINION

ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is a pro se appeal of a purported district court decision denying an evidentiary hearing on December 11, 2024. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Jacqueline M. Bluth, Judge.

A review of the district court docket reveals that no order was entered in the district court on December 11, 2024, and regardless, no statute or court rule permits an appeal from a district court order denying an evidentiary hearing. This court lacks jurisdiction to consider this appeal. Castillo v. State, 106 Nev. 349, 352, 792 P.2d 1133, 1135 (1990) (explaining that this court has jurisdiction only when statute or court rule provides for appeal). Accordingly, this court

ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.

Pickering, J., Cadish, J., Lee, J.

Hon. Jacqueline M. Bluth, District Judge.
