ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge

On July 18, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Thomas O. Nowlin Only, Change Caption and Strike References to Petitioner Thomas O. Nowlin in Petition (motion). Respondent states that he was not able to determine petitioner's views on the motion. The Court will direct petitioners to file a written response to such motion. If petitioners do not respond, the Court may grant the motion.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that on or before August 11, 2022, petitioners shall file a response to respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Thomas O. Nowlin Only, Change Caption and Strike References to Petitioner Thomas Ol Nowlin in Petition.
