Disposition: On the Court's own motion, the parties shall have ten days from the entry of this order to file a written response to the chancellor's letter explaining the reasons for sealing this matter. This Court's clerk shall mail a copy of the chancellor's letter to counsel for the parties upon entry of this order. The appellant's motion to forward relevant filings to the chancery court under seal and for other relief, the appellee's response to the motion, and the appellant's motion for leave to file a reply to the appellee's response are dismissed as moot.
