MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

On January 4, 2002, defendants' discovery motion was referred to Magistrate Judge A. Simon Chrein for a Report and Recommendation. He recommended denying the motion but prohibiting plaintiff from using documents that had not been publicly disclosed. Plaintiff timely filed objections. contending that the language prohibiting her from using certain documents should be eliminated from the order or, alternatively, should be decided after discovery is completed.

The Court has performed a de novo review of plaintiff's objections, and concludes that the magistrate judge's report is neither contrary to law nor clearly erroneous. See 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1); Fed.R.Civ.P. 72(a). Accordingly, the Court adopts the Report and Recommendation in its entirety, and overrules plaintiff's objections.
