Appeal from Sullivan County Court.


Order reversed on the law, without costs, and motion denied, without costs. The court on its own motion amends the order filed and entered October 7, 1941 [ 262 App. Div. 1058], so as to grant leave to the defendant to answer the amended complaint within ten days after the service of the order to be entered hereon with notice of entry. All concur.
