ORDER OF DISMISSAL


On April 23, 2003, the court issued an order allowing plaintiff fifteen days in which to show cause why the complaint should not be dismissed for failure to prosecute. To date, plaintiff has not followed that order.

Accordingly, the complaint is hereby dismissed without prejudice pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 4(m).
