MEMORANDUM OPINION


On October 18, 2006, appellants filed a notice of appeal in this case. We sent a letter notifying appellants that their brief was due by January 31, 2007. When appellants had not filed their brief by February 16, 2007, we sent a letter to appellants directing them to file a brief within ten days or the appeal would be subject to dismissal. Nevertheless, to date, appellants have not filed a brief or otherwise communicated with this Court regarding this appeal.

Accordingly, we DISMISS the appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a)(1), 42.3(b).
