This case is currently calendared for trial at the Court's Baltimore, Maryland, remote trial session, which is scheduled to begin April 11, 2022. On March 29, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report apprising the Court that a basis for settlement in this case had been reached for the taxable years 2016 and 2017, but that respondent requires time to retrieve the remaining substantiation. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before May 11, 2022, the parties shall submit to the Court either a stipulated decision or file a joint report (or separate reports, if preferred) regarding the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above-referenced remote calendar, and the parties are excused from appearing at calendar call. It is further
