On July 25, 2023, respondent filed a motion for document subpoena hearing. By Order issued July 27, 2023, the Court granted respondent's motion and scheduled this case for hearing at a Washington, D.C., special hearing session of the Court to be conducted remotely at 1:00 p.m. (ET) on Wednesday, August 30, 2023.
On August 25, 2023, respondent filed a status report in which respondent represents that the requested information has been received from all subpoenaed third parties.
Upon due consideration and for cause, it is
ORDERED that this case is hereby stricken from the special hearing session of the Court scheduled to commence on Wednesday, August 30, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. (ET). It is further
ORDERED that respondent shall notify the subpoenaed third parties that participation in the Court's remote proceedings scheduled for August 30, 2023, is no longer necessary.
