DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by the appellants to enlarge the record on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated September 5, 2012, to include the memorandum of law dated May 31, 2012, filed in support of the underlying motion, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief .
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before February 5, 2013, the appellants must serve and file the reply brief and a supplemental record containing the memorandum of law dated May 31, 2012, filed in support of the underlying motion.
