Application for a prejudgment attachment on certain of the defendants' real and personal property, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Stamford-Norwalk, Housing Session at Norwalk, where the court, Leheny, J., granted the application as to the named defendant et al., and denied the application as to the defendant Peter L. Leepson, and the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.
