Action to recover damages for fraud and conspiracy. Consolidated appeals by the appellant Clinton Trust Company. Order for an examination before trial, in so far as appealed from, affirmed, without costs, the examination to proceed on five days' notice. Order denying motion for a stay affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Hagarty, Carswell, Adel and Taylor, JJ., concur.
