On order of the Court, the motion to file an amicus curiae brief is considered, and it is GRANTED. The motions to strike plaintiff's reply to the amicus curiae brief also are considered, and they are DENIED.

The motion for reconsideration of this Court's order of November 2, 1999, also is considered, and it is DENIED, because it does not appear that the order was entered erroneously.

Cavanagh, Kelly, and Markman, JJ., would grant reconsideration and, on reconsideration, would grant leave to appeal.
