ORDER

This matter comes before the Court on plaintiffs' Motion for Order of Default Judgment (Dkt. No. 4). The Court has carefully reviewed the pleadings and affidavits submitted by plaintiffs; defendant has failed to appear, answer, or defend this action. Accordingly, the Court hereby GRANTS palintiffs; motion for default judgment. Judgment by default shall be entered in favor of plaintiffs against defendant as follows:

1. One Thousand, Two Hundred, Sixty-seven and 65/100 Dollars ($1,267.65) in liquidated damages for the period September through October 2002, inclusive, with interest at the rate of 1.38% per annum until paid;

2. Seventy-nine and 56/100 Dollars ($79.56) in interest through January 17, 2003 on

September through October 2002 contributions, with interest at the rate of 1.38% per annum until paid;

3. One Hundred, Seventy-five and 00/100 Dollars ($175.00) in costs, with interest at the rate of %1.38 per annum until paid and

4. Three Hundred, Thirty and 00/100 Dollars ($330.00) in attorneys' fees, with interest at the rate of 1.3% per annum until paid.
