Supreme Court of Florida
Sep 12, 2007
966 So. 2d 967 (Fla. 2007)

Opinion

No. SC06-563.

September 12, 2007.

Lower Tribunal No(s). 4D04-2028.

Upon review of the petitioners' responses to this Court's order to show cause dated May 7, 2007, and the respondents' reply thereto, the Court has determined that is should decline to accept jurisdiction in this case. See University of Miami v. Ruiz, 948 So. 2d 723 (Fla. 2007). The petition for discretionary review is, therefore, denied.

No motion for rehearing will be entertained by the Court. See Fla.R.App.P. 9.330(d).

LEWIS, C.J., and WELLS, QUINCE, CANTERO, and BELL, JJ., concur.
