ORDER

SUSAN ILLSTON, District Judge

The Court has reviewed the notice of filing Chapter 7 Bankruptcy by defendant Gregory A. Barclay, dba Pacific Structures, indicating that defendants in this case have now filed for bankruptcy protection."

This case clearly meets the criteria of Guide to Judiciary Policies and Procedures, Chapter V of Volume XI, for statistical closing.

THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case shall be closed.
