ORDER
NOW, September 2, 2011, having considered appellees' motion for reargument and appellant's answer, the motion is denied.
Upon consideration of appellees' application to amend motion for reargument, it appearing that a copy of the opinion and order of July 12, 2011 was attached to the copies of the motion for reargument filed with the Court, appellees' application to amend is dismissed as moot.
