Motion dismissed insofar as it seeks leave to appeal from the portion of the order of the Appellate Division, which affirmed an order denying a motion to renew or reargue, upon the ground that that portion of the order does not finally determine the proceeding within the meaning of the Constitution; motion for leave to appeal otherwise denied. Twenty dollars costs and necessary reproduction disbursements to respondent.
