Bradley, Campbell & Carney, Thomas J. Carney, Golden, for plaintiff-appellee.
Ben Klein, Paul Vranesic, Denver, for defendant-appellant.
SILVERSTEIN, Chief Judge.
Defendant-appellant Garth J. Norris appeals from permanent orders of the trial court, entered pursuant to a decree of divorce, awarding the family home to Gayle M. Norris, plaintiff-appellee. The sole issue presented is whether the trial court abused its discretion in its division of property between the parties. We have reviewed the record and find that the trial court's final award was amply supported by the evidence. The order appealed from must be affirmed under long-settled principles. Graves v. Graves, 171 Colo. 20, 464 P.2d 291; Moats v. Moats, 168 Colo. 120, 450 P.2d 64; Gleason v. Gleason, 162 Colo. 212, 425 P.2d 688.
Judgment affirmed.
PIERCE and SMITH, JJ., concur.
