MEMORANDUM OPINION

We questioned our jurisdiction over this appeal as it appeared to have been prematurely filed. Although the notice of appeal recited appellant was challenging the trial court's March 15, 2023 judgment of divorce, the clerk's record did not reflect a judgment had been signed. See Tex. R. App. P. 26.1 (deadline for filing notice of appeal runs from date judgment is signed).
We directed appellant to file a letter brief showing cause why the appeal should not be dismissed and cautioned him that failure to comply could result in the appeal being dismissed for want of jurisdiction without further notice. See Ganesan v. Reeves, 236 S.W.3d 816, 817 (Tex. App.-Waco 2007, pet. denied) (dismissing prematurely filed appeal for want of jurisdiction); see also Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(a) (authorizing dismissal based on want of jurisdiction). More than ten days have passed, however, and appellant has not responded. Accordingly, on the record before us, we dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(a).
JUDGMENT
In accordance with this Court's opinion of this date, we DISMISS the appeal.
We ORDER that appellee Brittney Lashea Norman recover her costs, if any, of this appeal from appellant Gregory Eugene Norman.
