ORDER
PER CURIAM
On July 15, 2024, this Court received Appellant Anthony Norman's letter requesting assistance in getting access to the Reporter's Record and "Register of Actions." Because this is a civil proceeding and the parties in a civil proceeding may "check out" the appellate record upon request, the Court will treat Appellant's letter as a motion to check out a copy of the Reporter's Record. Appellant's motion is granted.
Normally, the Court requires the return of the record that is checked out when the brief is filed. Under the circumstances, the Appellees may not need to use the copy of the record being provided to Appellant to prepare their brief. Accordingly, Appellant may retain the copy of the Reporter's Record until its return is requested by the Court. Nevertheless, because it may need to be returned, Appellant is ORDERED to not mark on, disassemble, rearrange, or in any way alter the record as provided. Any alteration of the record is prohibited. Failure to return the unaltered record upon request from the Court may result in dismissal of this proceeding.
The Clerk of this Court is ordered to send Appellant a paper copy of the Reporter's Record filed on June 21, 2024.
