ANTHONY WHITNEY NORMAN v. A. JANAK, BOBBY LUMPKIN, BRYAN COLLIER, SHOVANDA D. MATHIS, MARGARITA THOMAS, ROCKY N. MOORE AND TAMMY SHELBY

From the 12th District Court Walker County, Texas Trial Court No. 2230570

JUDGMENT

PER CURIAM

This appeal has been considered by the Court. Because the Court finds that Anthony Whitney Norman has failed to comply with a court order or a notice from the clerk requiring a response or other action within a specified time, it is the judgment of this Court that the appeal is dismissed.

It is further ordered that A. Janak, Bobby Lumpkin, Bryan Collier, Shovanda D. Mathis, Margarita Thomas, Rocky N. Moore, and Tammy Shelby are awarded judgment against Anthony Whitney Norman for A. Janak, Bobby Lumpkin, Bryan Collier, Shovanda D. Mathis, Margarita Thomas, Rocky N. Moore, and Tammy Shelby's appellate costs that were paid, if any, by A. Janak, Bobby Lumpkin, Bryan Collier, Shovanda D. Mathis, Margarita Thomas, Rocky N. Moore, and Tammy Shelby; and all unpaid appellate court cost, if any, is taxed against Anthony Whitney Norman.

Notwithstanding the foregoing assessment and taxation of costs, payment of costs by Anthony Whitney Norman is not required because Anthony Whitney Norman is entitled to proceed without payment of costs under Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 20.1. See Tex. R. App. P. 43.4.

A copy of this judgment will be certified by the Clerk of this Court and delivered to the trial court clerk for enforcement.
