NORMA DEAN I, LLC, NORMA DEAN I INVESTORS, LLC, TAX MATTERS PARTNER Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes, Judge

This case is one of a possibly related pair of syndicated conservation-easement cases that was on the Court's October 24, 2022 trial calendar for Atlanta, Georgia. We continued the case so the parties could to try to settle at IRS Appeals. The parties recently reported that the case is still with Appeals and the parties are still discussing the possibility of settlement. Because this process will take some time, it's reasonable to keep this case on a longer term status-report track and it is

ORDERED that on or before July 14, 2023 the parties shall submit settlement documents or file a joint status report describing their progress at IRS Appeals.
