STIPULATED ORDER TO REDACT CERTAIN PORTIONS OF DECISION AND ORDER DATED DECEMBER 3, 2003

Upon the prior proceedings herein and the prior orders of this Court, the undersigned counsel for the parties herein hereby stipulate as follows:

1. The Court entered a Stipulated Confidentiality and Protective Order on March 21, 2003.

2. The Court signed a Decision and Order on December 3, 2003 with regard to plaintiff's motion for a preliminary injunction.

3. The Decision and Order contains certain references to information which are fairly and reasonably classified as "Confidential — Attorneys' Eyes Only" pursuant to the Protective Order.
