Opinion

No. SC10-11.

May 3, 2010.

Lower Tribunal No(s). 91-5033.

This case is hereby dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. See Wood v. State, 750 So. 2d 592, 595 (Fla. 1999) (stating that by extending rule 3.850 to include noncustodial movants, the need for the writ of error coram nobis is eliminated). Any motions or other requests for relief are also denied.

LEWIS, CANADY, POLSTON, LABARGA, and PERRY, JJ., concur.
