DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION
Motion for extension of time to perfect appeals taken by appellant-respondent and to consolidate.
Cross motion for extension of time to perfect appeals taken by respondent-appellant and to consolidate.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion and the papers having been filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken by appellant-respondent is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect said appeals is extended to September 24, 2018, and it is further
ORDERED that the cross motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken by respondent- appellant is granted, without costs, and the time to file and serve the brief of respondent-appellant, which shall also contain the points of argument on her appeals, is extended to November 8, 2018, and it is further
ORDERED that the motion and the cross motion to consolidate are granted, without costs, to the extent that the appeals shall be heard together and may be perfected upon a joint record on appeal and a joint brief by appellant-respondent and a joint brief by respondent-appellant.
