In Hardware Mut. Casualty Co. v. Danberry, 234 Minn. 391, 48 N.W.2d 567 (1951), the court held that a failure after discovering a peril to exercise ordinary or reasonable care to avoid impending in jury constitutes wilful negligence, with respect to which no right to contribution exists.
We see no useful purpose in trying to distinguish them. Nolan v. Newfert, 179 Minn. 293, 229 N.W. 97; Cooper v. Hoeglund, 221 Minn. 446, 22 N.W.2d 450. State v. Benton, 209 N.C. 27, 182 S.E. 690; Jones v. Traver, 275 Ill. App. 181.
