On January 30, 2023, petitioner filed the petition in this case. On March 22, 2023, respondent filed the Answer. On May 6, 2023, petitioner filed the Reply to Answer.

On September 26, 2023, petitioner filed a Motion for Leave File First Amended Petition. Petitioner further lodged therewith a First Amended Petition.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before November 16, 2023, respondent shall file an objection, if any, to petitioner's motion for leave.
