On February 24, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution.

On March 20, 2023, this case was called from the calendar of the Court's Oklahoma City, Oklahoma trial session. There was no appearance by or on behalf of the petitioner. Respondent appeared and was heard. During calendar call, respondent notified the Court that the petitioner does not object to their Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution and that decision documents have been prepared and mailed. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution filed February 24, 2023, is taken under advisement. It is further

ORDERED that on or before April 3, 2023, the parties shall file a joint status report stating the-then present status of the case or signed decision documents. It is further

ORDERED that this case is continued and jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.
