This Court entered a decision in this case on January 5, 2023.

On May 17, 2023, the parties filed a joint motion for leave to file a motion for an order correcting the decision and lodged the motion for an order correcting the decision. It appears that the parties intended to request the Court to vacate or revise the decision previously entered pursuant to Rule 162. We will recharacterize the documents as such. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the joint motion for leave to file a motion for an order correcting the decision is recharacterized as a joint motion for leave to file motion to vacate or revise decision under Rule 162. It is further

ORDERED that the lodged joint motion for an order correcting the decision is recharacterized as a joint motion to vacate or revise decision under Rule 162. It is further

ORDERED that the joint motion for leave to file motion to vacate or revise decision under Rule 162 is granted, and the lodged motion to vacate or revise decision under Rule 162 is filed as of the service date of this Order.
