ORDER
Before the Court is the notification of court reporter Victoria Franklin that the reporter's record in this out-of-time appeal was filed previously in cause no. 05-16-00132-CR. Ms. Franklin asks if the previously filed record could be refiled under the new cause number.
We DIRECT the Clerk to transfer copies of the reporter's record and clerk's record filed with the Clerk on February 19, 2016 and March 8, 2016 in cause no. 05-16-00132-CR styled Joan Nois v. The State of Texas into cause no. 05-18-00495-CR. Unless there are additional hearings not reflected in the reporter's record filed in cause no. 05-16-00132-CR, no further action is required by the court reporter in this case.
