RHONDA NOFOA, Petitioner(s), v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

L. Paige Marvel Chief Judge

By Order dated April 14, 2016, petitioner was directed to pay the Court's filing fee or submit an application for waiver of the fee. Petitioner did not comply with the Court's Order and by Order dated July 12, 2016, the time within which petitioner was directed to pay the Court's filing fee or submit an application for waiver of the fee was extended to August 3, 2016. Petitioner did not comply with the Court's Order and by Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered September 1, 2016, the case was dismissed.

On September 22, 2016, the Court received petitioner's motion to vacate the order of dismissal and an application for waiver of the fee which does not demonstrate that petitioner cannot afford to pay the fee.

Premises considered, it is

ORDERED that, on or before November 4, 2016, petitioner shall pay the Court's $60 filing fee. Failure to comply with this Order will result in the denial of her motion to vacate.
