Because the Order served February 5, 2024, references the wrong place of trial, it is ORDERED that the Order is vacated. Giving due regard to the representations contained in respondent's status report, filed February 2, 2024, it is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Peoria, Illinois, trial session scheduled to begin in that city on February 29, 2024, and is continued with jurisdiction retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that unless a stipulated decision is submitted sooner, on or before April 11, 2024, the parties, jointly or separately, report in writing as to the status of the case.
