By letter dated January 30, 2012, the Court sent appellants a letter directing them to file their brief and an extension motion within ten days. The letter warned appellants that failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a)(1). To date, appellants have not filed a brief or an extension motion, nor have they communicated with the Court regarding the appeal.
We dismiss the appeal.
