PRESENT:

An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Onondaga County, entered in the office of the Clerk of said Court on October 6, 2014, and an application having been made by Elisabeth A. Barker, Esq., for substitution of counsel as attorney for the child,

Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Elisabeth A. Barker, Esq., dated January 11, 2016,

It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted, and

It is further ORDERED that Susan B. Marris, Esq., 110 Wesley Street, PO Box 136, Manlius, New York 13104, is hereby assigned as attorney for the child, and

It is further ORDERED that the attorney for the child submit ten copies of her brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before March 14, 2016, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
