This case is currently calendared on the Court's New York, New York, trial calendar, scheduled to begin April 25, 2022.

On February 28, 2022, petitioner Kenneth E. Noble filed a letter dated February 11, 2022. The Court will recharacterize that letter as petitioner's motion to withdraw and ask the Commissioner to file a response to the motion. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that Mr. Noble's letter dated February 11, 2022, is recharacterized as Mr. Noble's motion to withdraw. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before March 23, 2022, the Commissioner shall file a response to the motion to withdraw.
