Petitioner-appellant having moved to consolidate the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Erie County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on May 26, 2016, and for an extension of time to perfect,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of David J. Pajak, Esq., dated May 3, 2017, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Charles D. Halvorsen, Esq., dated May 9, 2017, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and petitioner-appellant shall file the original stipulated or settled record and ten briefs on the consolidated appeals, together with proof of service, on or before July 5, 2017, and in the event of failure to so perfect the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
