PRESENT:

An order having been entered on December 17, 2019, granting respondent-appellant's application to perfect an appeal taken herein as a poor person and assigning Mark C. Davison, as counsel to perfect the appeal,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers in support of the application, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that Michael Pulver, Esq., 110 Hoytville Avenue, North Syracuse, New York 13212-3602, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Ontario County, entered September 30, 2019, in place and stead of Mark C. Davison, Esq., and

It is further ORDERED that the Ontario County Family Court Clerk provide Michael Pulver, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based, and

It is further ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeal is extended to June 29, 2020, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
