STATE OF NEW YORK, NEW YORK STATE OFFICE OF MENTAL HEALTH, NEW YORK STATE DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS AND COMMUNITY SUPERVISION, RESPONDENTS-RESPONDENTS.


PRESENT:

Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Oneida on February 15, 2017,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Caroline L. Levitt, Esq., dated April 4, 2018, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered January 22, 2018, is hereby amended by deleting the date April 30, 2018, and inserting in its place the date June 29, 2018.

Memorandum: No further extensions of time to perfect will be granted to appellant's present counsel absent an unanticipated and extraordinary excuse for the delay.
