ORDER

Lewis R. Carluzzo Chief Special Trial Judge.

This case for the redetermination of a deficiency is before the Court on respondent's motion for continuance, filed February 23, 2024, and heard on May 7, 2024, when the case was recalled from the calendar for trial in New York, New York. Counsel for respondent appeared, argued in support of the motion and advised the Court that that there is a reasonable expectation that the case will settle if the parties are given additional time to continue settlement discussions. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner.

Premises considered, and for cause appearing more fully in the transcript of the above-referenced proceedings, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion is granted, and this case is continued generally.
