An appeal having been taken from an order of the Family Court, New York County, entered on or about December 15, 2016, And an order by a Justice of this Court entered on December 16, 2016, having granted an interim stay to the extent that the children not be separated unless and until Family Court conducts a hearing on the necessity for separation and makes a finding that such is in the best interest of the children, And counsel for the child Dionne G. having moved for an order directing that the children not be removed from their foster parent without further order of this Court, and directing the Administration for Children's Services to provide necessary support services for the foster parent as previously ordered by Family Court, And, the Administration for Children's Services having failed to appear on the full bench motion, or interpose any opposition, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, it is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of continuing the interim relief granted by an order of a Justice of this Court dated December 16, 2016, on condition the appeal is perfected for the June 2017 Term.
