An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Family Court, New York County, entered on or about May 30, 2017, on behalf of the child Carven S., And Vanessa J. Spears, Esq., having moved on behalf of the child, Carven S., to withdraw the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted and the appeal is deemed withdrawn.
