ORDER

Before the Court is appellant's April 7, 2017 "motion for reconsideration of denied continuance or stay appeal proceedings due to family emergency." We GRANT appellant's motion to the extent that we ORDER appellant to pay for the appellate record by April 29, 2017. Appellant's brief will be due THIRTY DAYS following the filing of the complete appellate record. We caution appellate that failure to pay or make payment arrangements to pay for the clerk's record may result in dismissal of this appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 37.3(b). Additionally, failure to pay or make payment arrangements to pay for the reporter's fee to prepare the reporter's record, if one is available, may result in the submission of this appeal without a reporter's record. See TEX. R. APP. P. 37.3(c).
