This case was calendared for trial during the Court's May 3, 2021, Omaha, Nebraska, remote trial session. The undersigned judge retained jurisdiction, and the parties were directed to file a stipulated decision document on or before July 2, 2021. The Court previously extended the time for filing decision documents. On September 9, 2021, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 33) requesting additional time to submit signed decision documents. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before October 12, 2021, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
