NEW JERSEY DIVISION OF CHILD PROTECTION AND PERMANENCY, Plaintiff-Respondent, v. D.C.A., Defendant-Petitioner, and J.J.C.B., Defendant. In the Matter of the Guardianship of I.A.C.C., J.S.C.C., A.I.C.C. and I.C.C., Minors-Respondents.


ORDER A petition for certification of the judgment in A-000735-21 having been submitted to this Court, and the Court having considered the same; It is ORDERED that the petition for certification is granted; and it is further

ORDERED that should any entity wish to appear as amicus curiae, such entity shall serve and file its motion for leave to appear, and its proposed amicus curiae brief, on or before June 23, 2023. The parties may serve and file answers to any motions for leave to appear, together with responses to the proposed amicus curiae brief on the merits, on or before July 7, 2023. There shall be no extensions of this briefing deadline; and it is further

ORDERED that no further submissions shall be permitted without leave of Court; and it is further

ORDERED that the Court shall hear oral argument in this matter on an expedited basis, on a date and time to be scheduled by the Clerk of the Court.
