Motion by Daniel Shimunov to stay enforcement of two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered September 21, 2012, and November 19, 2012, respectively, pending hearing and determination of appeals therefrom, for leave to appeal to this Court from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, both dated October 17, 2012, for poor person relief, and for the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
