ORDER ON VEXATIOUS LITIGANT REQUEST TO FILE APPEAL

HON. STEPHANIE N. HUFF LOCAL ADMINISTRATIVE DISTRICT JUDGE

The Court, through its Local Administrative District Judge of Dallas County, Texas, has reviewed the request of Tracy Nixon, a vexatious litigant for permission to file an appeal from the directed verdict issued on January 3,2024 in Trial Court Cause No. DC-20-09145.

Having considered Tracy Nixon's request, the Court is of the opinion that said request should be GRANTED.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Tracy Nixon is allowed to file an appeal to the final judgment entered in Cause No. DC-20-09145 on January 3,2024.
