ORDER

Maurice B. Foley, Chief Judge

On November 10, 2021, the Court received from the parties in the above-docketed matter a Proposed Stipulated Decision resolving this litigation. However, review shows that the decision reflects an incorrect caption, lacking petitioners' middle names. Additionally, the record lacks any copy of the notice of deficiency on which the case is based.

The premises considered, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Proposed Stipulated Decision, filed November 10, 2021, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before December 3, 2021, respondent shall file a report and shall attach thereto a complete copy of the notice of deficiency for 2019 issued to petitioners. 1
