Opinion

November 30, 1981.

The final paragraph of the judgment is to be modified to state merely that the plaintiff has no rights under G.L.c. 187, § 5, to install utility lines in College Pond Road, and as so modified the judgment is affirmed. The order denying the motion for a new trial is affirmed.
